RATES

Our current rate is $ 70 per hour

Our emergency rate is $ 105 per hour

For cabling work our flat rate is $ 95 per drop 

For workshop repairs, $ 70 applies in case that you decide not repair  
POLICIES

 There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for onsite service. After the first hour, we charge using fraction of 30 minutes.

REPONSE TIMES

We will schedule your request in our next available slot of time (usually in the next 4 business days).  Also, we appreciate if there is a person in charge to request services; in order to avoid misunderstandings.

All emergencies (considering emergencies all the customer requirements that cannot wait to be scheduled) we will do our best effort to perform them very next business day.
