With respect for our community and environment, Advanced Technology has decided to take specific action to offset the impact that our business processes have on the environment. Our current strategy includes the following:
1. We minimize primary energy and resource consumption. Low-power consumption is high on our priority list when choosing new servers and electronics for our business. In our day-to-day operations, we are conscious of the power we use and always turn off unused lighting and electrical equipment.
2. We work to avoid waste and unnecessary equipment upgrades that have a negative energy and environmental impact. We also recycle as much of our waste as local facilities allow.
3. We consult our clients on these same strategies. In an effort to compound this positive impact, we inform how they can contribute to bettering our community and environment. Low-power consumption equipment purchasing, system processes and recycling are all means by which we can work together to positively impact the world we live in.
